Biography
Nina Shenker has been a Director of the US JPMorgan Mutual Funds and ETFs since January 2022. Prior to that she was Vice Chairman of the worldwide Asset & Wealth Management line of business of JPMorgan Chase. Nina was the global General Counsel for JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management from 2008 through 2016 and prior to that led the JPMorgan Funds Legal group as a Managing Director. She was General Counsel of J&W Seligman prior to joining JPMorgan in 2001. Nina was also an active member of Asset & Wealth Management industry committees, including SIFMA’s Asset Management Group’s Steering Committee and the ICI’s Rules Committee. She has also been a long-standing member of the NYC Bar Association Committee on Investment of Funds.
Nina volunteered with the OU Institute of Public Affairs early in her legal career. She has been a Director of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (“JDC”) since 2018. She graduated from Barnard College with a B.A. in History and is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law.
