Ianna Raim – Executive and Leadership Coach, Speaker and Facilitator
Ianna Raim is a sought-after executive coach, speaker, and facilitator who helps leaders strengthen confidence, resilience, and judgment. For more than 15 years, she has worked with senior leaders across business, nonprofit, and community organizations, supporting them in navigating complexity, leading with presence, and making grounded, values-aligned decisions.
As a professional speaker, Ianna has delivered motivational and strategy-focused presentations around the world. She is especially passionate about her work with Jewish organizations and communities, where she focuses on leadership rooted in purpose, responsibility, and impact. She is a speaker and facilitator for the Miami Jewish Federation, NCSY, and has served as a Momentum Educator since 2019. In addition, she has mentored teen fellows in the Solomon Leadership Program in Bal Harbour, Florida, supporting the development of confident, thoughtful Jewish leaders.
Alongside her community-based work, Ianna coaches leaders at Fortune 500 companies and global organizations including Goldman Sachs, Macy’s, PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, AmerisourceBergen, Warner Bros. Discovery, Univision, Northwell Health, and Starwood Capital. While she is well known for her work with attorneys in Big Law, her focus extends beyond the legal profession. She works with executives, emerging leaders, and mission-driven professionals who want to lead with clarity, communicate with influence, and balance performance with purpose.
Before becoming a coach and speaker, Ianna spent over two decades in senior business leadership roles, including Regional Director of Marketing for DIRECTV Latin America and as founder of multiple companies in import/export finance, healthcare, and distance learning. This firsthand experience with strategy, P&L responsibility, and people leadership informs her practical approach and allows her to bridge big-picture vision with day-to-day leadership realities.
Ianna’s speaking and facilitation style allows her to connect with diverse audiences. She blends strategic insight with reflection, inviting participants to think deeply about their role, their values, and the responsibility of leadership.
She holds an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School, a B.A. magna cum laude from Brown University, is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Ianna has four daughters and resides in Bay Harbor, Florida with her husband.
