Biography
Mrs. Kochava Yitzhak was born in Vienna, Austria and raised in Berlin, Germany.Her family moved to the United States in 1987. She earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree at Yeshiva University. She has been teaching Judaic studies to high school girls for 25 years. She currently teaches at the Ida Crown Jewish Academy in Skokie, Illinois. Her husband, Rabbi Yitzhak, is the Rav of the Sephardic Congregation of Evanston, where she periodically gives shiurim to the women of the Chicago community.
