INVESTING IN WOMEN IN COMMUNAL ROLES
- If you’re often the first call — and want tools, boundaries, and a peer circle that understands — this fellowship is designed to help you recognize patterns of concern, respond with steadiness and care, and refer responsibly to trained professionals, without stepping into diagnosis.
- Through sessions led by experts in their fields, including mental health professionals who work directly with the issues facing our communities, fellows will learn to recognize patterns of concern, respond with steadiness and compassion, maintain appropriate boundaries and refer responsibly to trained professionals.
- Each fellow will have at least one individual meeting with dedicated SBH staff. When an issue or challenge arises, SBH staff will be available to help the fellow think through the situation, identify appropriate next steps and access relevant professional referrals.
This fellowship is designed for women who do not counsel in a professional capacity.
