Perspectives on the meaningful role of mikvah attendants and directors in creating a warm, supportive, and uplifting mikvah experience. Presenters will reflect on the chashivus of this work and the ways clarity, consistency, sensitivity, and care shape every interaction.

This session will explore how OCD can show up in the mikvah setting and how staff can navigate these moments with sensitivity and care. With professional guidance and firsthand insight, participants will gain practical language and perspective for offering support within the unique environment of the mikvah.
