What is COLI?

Community Organization Leadership Initiative

COLI, a project of the OU Women’s Initiative Leadership Development Program is a multi-session program, beginning in early 2025, for Boca women leaders dedicated to impacting the local community by encouraging deeper community engagement, offering valuable leadership skills, and creating a support network of Orthodox women serving in leadership roles within the community.
What topics will the sessions cover?
Interactive, educational sessions include:
- Communication for impact: How to read the room and form your language accordingly
- Budget and fundraising fundamentals
- Board Basics 101
- Leadership fundamentals: becoming a true leader, getting to know yourself as a leader and beyond
