Biography

Slovie Jungreis-Wolff is an author, lecturer and parenting instructor, teacher at Manhattan High school for Girls and columnist for Ami magazine and The Jewish Press.

Racheli Taubes is the rebbetzin and Yoetzet Halacha at Mount Sinai Jewish Center in Washington Heights, NY. She also teaches Judaic studies and biology at Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School for Girls in Teaneck, NJ. She previously served as the Orthodox Union Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (OU-JLIC) educator at the University of Pennsylvania along with her husband Yaakov.

Tal Attia is JLIC’s Chief Operating Officer. She previously served as JLIC Director at Brandeis and Binghamton Universities with her husband Isaac. Tal is passionate about community-building, Jewish and Experiential education, and mentorship. After learning in Michlelet Mevaseret Yerushalayim (MMY), Tal received a BA in Psychology from Stern College for Women, and an MA in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Hebrew University. While on campus, Tal participated in the Matan-Eshkolot Professional Development Fellowship for Jewish educators.

With over 20 years of teaching and four years of administrative experience, Chana Meira Katz has dedicated her career to educating women in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Los Angeles, California. Her multifaceted approach to Torah learning integrates her Hadar Bais Yaakov education, Ohr Lagolah Kiruv training, as well as a Master of Science in Jewish Education from Azrieli Graduate School and a Master of Education in Teacher Leadership from Brandeis University. She currently teaches at Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy, and extends her impact by hosting weekly Shiurim for women in the local community. Passionate about empowering women through Torah study, Chana Meira is dedicated to making Torah learning not only accessible but also profoundly relevant to women’s lives.
