As classes begin Monday morning, new registrations may be processed after classes start. We will make every effort to send your links as soon as possible, though they may arrive after classes have begun. Recordings of prior classes will be available with your link. Thank you for your patience.

We are so excited you have enrolled in our summer learning program. You are part of a wonderful and unique community dedicating time to continue learning and growing.

ALIT 2024 uses the Zoom Events platform, designed specifically for hosting multi-session virtual programs.While the user experience is the same as participating in a regular zoom program once you are in the class, the logging in process is slightly different.

Please note the following:

  • You will need a Zoom account, connected to the same email addressthat you registered for ALIT with, in order to access your classes. (If you do not have a Zoom account, create one here using the email address you used when registering for ALIT.)
  • You will receive an email from Zoom Events before classes begin with a unique link/join button.
  • The JOIN button you will receive is a unique link for you. It will take you to the event page/lobby where you will find all sessions, recordings and materials for all the courses you registered for. Zoom Events will send an email for each course that you are registered for. The JOIN button will be the same in all emails. Use the button in anyemail you receive to view all of your classes.
  • Save the email and/or webpage as this is how you will access all classes.
  • To join the class, scroll down, click SESSIONS and click on JOIN next to the session.
  • You may be asked for a verification code upon joining which will be sent to this same email address (the address you provided at registration).

Accessing Your Classes:

  • Once you click the “JOIN” button (in the Zoom email) or your personal link (in the OU WI email) you will be taken directly to the ALIT page on the new Zoom platform - see image below.

  • On the main ALIT page (above), click on “Explore Sessions” (on the right) and you will be directed to your classes - see image below.

Your ALIT page is individualized with only the courses you have registered for.
